This list of fundraising events is not all inclusive. (Check here if you have a general interest in helping with fundraising.)
Coordinate partnerships with local restaurants to conduct regular events (during the school year) for profit sharing.
Students sell frozen pizzas. Boosters coordinate with vendor and distribute sales materials. Pizzas are often received and distributed the week of Thanksgiving.
Promote annual caroling event and assist as needed.
Organize event, solicit gift cards and donations, coordinate set-up and take-down.
Plan and coordinate event(s). (e.g., Trivia Night & Silent Auction, Rock-n-Roll Bingo, etc.

Assist with concert set-up, fittings, apparel repairs, etc., before each concert. Generally needed at 5:30 pm on nights of all choir concerts.
Organize and disperse concert attire; assist with repairs as needed.
Assist with decorating, set-up, tear-down, and serving refreshments.
Assist with PR for middle school (MS) choirs’ visit to EHS in late October; attend occasional MS choir concerts; coordinate post-concert activities (such as donuts on mornings after); communicate with MS parents about EHS choir events.
Identify and solicit officers for Choir Boosters at end of school year.
Coordinate w/ director purchase of senior gifts and provide assistance where needed. Order flowers for parents. Order, pick up, and serve refreshments after concert.
Maintain list of Booster volunteers. Help fill volunteer spots for events and programs as needed. Coordinate requests for student volunteers for non-school related events.
Ushering, coordinating food for performers, and other assistance as needed.
Take pictures at events. Create social media posts. Work with committees to publicize events, programs, fundraisers, etc.
